The “Knowledge” Association
is a NGO, registered on February, 24, 1994 at the Lovech Regional
Court (resolution No 193). The organization consists of 39 intellectuals,
teachers and experts sharing the common idea of “Long Life Learning”. |
| Structure |
|
The organization works on the territory of the Lovech county. It
is run by a Board of directors. The association’s headquarter office
is located in the city of Lovech. Volunteers of the organization
work in the municipalities of Troyan and Teteven. |
| Mission |
- The association
works for the continuous education of the population and strengthening
the values of the society.
- Knowledge Association
- Lovech works for the continuous education of our clients thus
confirming the values of civil society.
Knowledge Association
offers:
- - Trainings and consultations on: preparation of successful
project proposals and project implementation, civil groups management,
fund raising, volunteer work, communication skills building
- Short-term specialized trainings on current economic, legal,
social and other issues
- Library services
- Video library services.

Three permanently appointed employees work for the organization.
Annually, the organization involve 80 persons for definite tasks
and 20 volunteers. |
| Clients |
- The clients of
the association are children, young people and adults who take
part in the activities. Annually, the organization provides
educational courses for about 1,400 people.
