The used REWARD system for English trainings is proved appropriate for training of adults, examined trough its application in the whole world. The system is organized in 5 levels:
Starter (A1), for beginners
Elementary (A2), for people with beginning language knowledge
Pre-intermediate (À2-Â1), pre – intermediate level of language knowledge
Intermediate (Â1), intermediate language knowledge
Upper-Intermediate (Â2). between upper and advanced level of language knowledge
Each level from REWARD program assures advancement, consisting knowledge and basic grammar elements, systemized vocabulary fund, development of 4 basic skills - reading, listening, speaking and writing. The curriculum is organized flexible, which assures adapting of the swiftness and quantity of learning to the needs and skills of the trainees. The selection of the topics is concentrated on multicultural relations; it promotes discussions and stimulates the active participation of every trainee.
The system includes review topics and summary as tests for evaluation of knowledge. Integral part of Reward trainings is the usage of audio visual means and prosecution of speech situation for development of communication skills.
