The
theme of the project is the role of the woman in the
governance – acsess to leaeding position in the economic,
political and public field in Bulgaria and Poland. The
objective of the project is to encourage the dialogue on
the issue. To raise the public sensibility and awareness,
to exchange, systemize and analyse information and
increase the motivation of young people from two European
countries to work for equal opprotunities and
participation of women in the governance.
Participants in the project will be 16 young people /8
persons from Bulgaria and 8 persons from Poland/ aged from
15-30
years.
The
planed activities are:
Informational campaigns in both countries, aimed at
spreading information about the program and project;
Research work by the young people, concerning the issue
“The role of women in the governance in Poland and
Bulgaria”; Exchange of visits according preliminary
elaborated programs – meetings with representatives of the
parliaments, local authorities, business structures and 2
non-profit organisations from each country; conducting of
a round table on the topic “Role of the women in the
governance”, elaboration of a website.
The
participants in this event will address an appeal to the
two Parliaments. In the frame of the project will be
organized a training “Intercultural dailogue”
