Main activities and results:
Conduction of training “Administrator in a hotel”, – 360 hours long for unemployed people. It included the following modules – Basic concepts in tourism, accountancy, foreign language – English, geography, technology and organization of hotel services, interactive motivation training, conflict management training, team work training, practice in hotels after which 40 % from the beneficiaries of the project were employed, meetings with potential employees.
